Jennifer Johnson, Broker & Owner

Jennifer is the current Broker/ Owner of J. Johnson Property Management & Homestead Real Estate Services, Inc.. Originally founded in 2004 by Jennifer & her then partner Janice Jordan they created Jordan Johnson Property Management out of a need for a solid management company for their own rentals! In 2018 Jennifer would go on to be the sole owner & change the name to J. Johnson Property Management. In 2019 Jennifer started Homestead Real Estate Services, Inc which handles the home sales portion of the business. 

Jennifer is a veteran in the Real Estate & Property Management Industry & specializes in both Residential Property Management & Real Estate in the Tri-Valley & Delta Areas. She subscribes to the service first philosophy & prides herself on providing a high level of service which separates her from the competition. Jennifer is a stickler for detail & ensures a smooth, seamless operation.

Currently a resident of San Ramon, Jennifer is a supporter of many communities including Tracy & Hayward. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors & is responsible for Community Relations & Corporate Sponsorships for the Hayward Aggie's Youth Football & Cheer Program. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys staying active with her family which includes her husband Marc & dog Nacho doing such hobbies as hiking, boating, camping & Crossfit! 

 Des started with JJPM in uly of 2015 & came to us with over 20 years in the customer service field, from sales, to running a productive call center and excelling in the property management industry, she continues to build a foundation through hard work and persistence. By creating relationships with each client she meets, Desirae makes her presence known in the Central Valley by doing more than her standard obligations. She is determined to change the perspective of how services should be offered, exchanged and finalized. .

Throughout Desirae's career journey she has always been driven by the satisfaction and smiles of her clients. She is determined and dedicated in offering a pleasant, informative and stress free experience. 

Des is a family oriented, mother of four who enjoys listening to music, dancing, and going on bike rides with her kids. She is a huge fan of the Oakland Raiders and attends games every season. 

Mary, commonly & lovingly referred to as "Mary In Maintenance" by her peers has been in the Property Management industry for nearly 20 years. Mary worked alongside Stanislaus County Housing Authority where she became an expert in rental housing laws, the legal maintenance & repair requirements, and general property management. Her knowledge is strong & we often look to Mary for her 17 years of county housing experience. Often working extra time to ensure emergency situations are resolved she is a true asset to JJPM. Her ability to keep owners up to date while organizing, prioritizing, and streamlining repairs is a skill that is treasured.  

 
In Mary’s spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family & attending classic car events where she also showcases her 1966 Chevy Impala. No matter where she is on Sundays you can always find Mary rooting for her Raiders!
